I’m trying to claim for a damaged, lost or stolen item but it isn’t in the list you provided. What do I do now?
If you’re submitting a claim for a damaged, lost or stolen item that’s not in our list, you have the option to select ' Other ' from the list. You can then add the information about the missing item in the ' Additional details ' section at the end of the claims process.
If there’s any other info you might have missed, don’t worry – you can tell your assigned Claims team member when they call you and they’ll add it to your report.
