My trees blew down in a storm and landed on my neighbour’s property. Should I report a claim?
No. Your neighbours are responsible for calling their own insurance company to assess the damages to their property caused by a fallen tree (even if the tree is yours).
On the other hand, if your property was damaged by the tree, then yes – you’d have to speak with your assigned Claims team member so we can assess the damage caused by the fallen tree and proceed accordingly.
