Don’t panic! If you accidentally deleted the Sonnet Insurance app, you can re-download it right from the app store available on your phone. Your data won’t change and you won’t have to start all over again, or even call us.
Here’s what to do:
- Open the app store on your smartphone. The app store you use will depend on if you use iOS or Android).
- Search ‘Sonnet Insurance’ and it should appear.
- Download the app.
- Log in using the email address associated with the account, and the same password you created when you set up Sonnet Shift.
Heads up! Be sure to allow the necessary permissions – otherwise, the app won’t be able to track your trips. - That’s it – the app will pick up right where you left off!
